Why is it that when the OH dons his Masterchef hat and does Sunday lunch, I get the
joyous task of washing up but when I'm allowed to cook* I'm left to do the dishes
too? The only silver lining is
that I use far fewer pots and pans.
*(Today I produced roast chicken with dauphinois potatoes
and cauliflower and it was yummy although the OH couldn’t resist remarking that
my dauphinois looked like potatoes in scrambled egg. He still had seconds.)
